§ 01The terms

1. What this site is. An informational site about a holding company and the group it heads. It sells nothing, quotes no prices, takes no orders, holds no accounts and accepts no payments.
2. Accuracy and dates. Registered particulars are stated as they stood on the date shown beside them and may change. Where a statement can be checked in a public register, the register is named and the register prevails over this site.
3. No advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and nothing here is an offer or an invitation to treat.
4. The subsidiary. Statements about what the United Kingdom company offers are made by that company on its own site. This site does not restate them, and this company gives no undertaking on its behalf.
5. Links out. Where a public register or authority is named, you are expected to go and look. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
6. Copyright. The text, layout and graphic mark on these pages belong to this company. You may read, print and quote from them with attribution. You may not present them as your own or reuse the mark.
7. Availability. These pages are provided as they are. No level of availability is promised, and none is offered anywhere on this site.
8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law of Hong Kong does not permit to be limited. Subject to that, this company is not liable for loss arising from reliance on these pages, and the registers named on them are the authoritative source.
9. Changes. These terms may be replaced. A replacement is published as a new version with a new date; versions are superseded rather than edited in place.
