Confirmed by the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Companies Registry of Hong Kong and by the entry for the subsidiary at Companies House in the United Kingdom. Both registers are public and free to search. The registered particulars, with each register named field by field, are on the imprint.

The company operates no network, holds no spectrum and has made no application for a carrier, services-based or unified carrier licence.

This is the one statement on this page that no register can confirm, and we say so rather than invent one: since the Communications Act 2003 the United Kingdom keeps no general register of communications providers — providing a network or service requires no registration at all. What can be checked is the absence of this company from the registers Ofcom does publish, such as its register of designated telecommunications providers. The company is incorporated in Hong Kong and provides no electronic communications network or service in the United Kingdom.
